THIRUKKURAL ENGLISH COUPLET Uniquely translated in English as the 4+3 Word couplet, a replica of Thirukkural itself by this Author. It is First of its Kind Translation. English Words are aptly selected, derived from many languages, being medical, legal, physiological, psychological, merchandize terms. Eg.Su-jok, mens rea, agape etc. Author's Preface explains in detail how he has translated Kurals and how the readers could understand this translation well by knowing the indepth meaning of those words. The author sees Thirukkural as a university with different subjects aptly put in 7 x 1330 words (9310), certifying human beings as Worthy lives. Wonderfully has this been finally achieved in English for people at large all over, aiming at Peace of the world. Valluvar has exclusive Kurals for Judges, Advocates, other Professionals, even for people like drunkards as well. That is the graetness of Kurals. A new Tamil phrase and a word were invented by Thiruvalluvar, not known anywhere else except in Greek Language. Valluvar speaks of  E-glands before science could find them, about Conciliation, arbitration, Mistake of law etc.which all came into existence recently. WHAT IS COSMIC LAW ?

 Cosmic Laws may also be termed "Cosmic Principles"

(1) Special Characteristics of  Cosmic Law:

1. The Only Things in Life That Will NEVER Change Are These Cosmic Laws

2. The Cosmic Laws do not break and do not bend.

3.  Your Personal Integrity Begins With Your Attunement To These Laws

4. Meditating Regularly on Each Law Brings Great Benefits

5. "Real" Men and Women Are Those Who Follow the Cosmic Laws.

6. Your Desires Can Be Achieved If They Are Aligned With The Cosmic Laws

7. Living by Cosmic Laws Reduces Your Reliance On Society's Laws.

(2) Definition of Cosmic Law

The term "Cosmic Law" may actually refer to a Cosmic Principle. It is not intended to signify in the sense of: break this law and pay a fine or do jail time. A Cosmic Law (or Principle) is intended to describe certain ways in which the Universe works, so that you may have a better opportunity to integrate with All That Is by understanding the way things are. The Cosmic Laws are simply definitions of the way things are.

(3) The Law of Cause and Effect

We have to understand that man-made laws are subject to Cosmic Laws. That Cosmic Laws have a superiority over man-made laws. That the Law of Cause and Effect is not a man-made law. It was simply discovered and defined, or put into words as a definition of a Cosmic Law. 

 (4) Many Other Principles

This Awareness suggests that before entities begin to break the laws of society, there needs to be an understanding of those laws, so that the breaking of such a law is justified by greater laws. This Awareness indicates that wherein an entity attempts to break a law of society by a lesser law, such as wherein one decides to become a law of oneself and fight against society from the personal interest, or personal greed, or personal desire for revenge, this is not breaking the law of society by a greater law, but by a lesser law, then they shall indeed be broken themselves. This Awareness indicates that wherein entities break the laws of society by a greater law, a higher law, then society itself is that which undergoes change, and becomes broken by those higher laws.

Cosmic Law is obeying all laws of the society except in such matters that compel us for homosexual relationship, avoiding marriage, condemning God the Creator. But nobody dares to create such laws in the world or in the society. Though certain laws are allowing the homosexual marriages and such other things it is optionally safeguard the doers. Cosmic Law is not taking law at our hand but instead leaving into the Hands of God, who created such Laws. The ungodliness may take law at its hand like in the following Tamil cinema ( I do not  watch movies but did a research through reading). Obeying the laws of the Society by careful interpretation of it through intensive learning of them is a Cosmic Law and if anyone seeming good is punished in the law of the society or anyone seeming bad is acquitted by the law of the society is nothing but the act of the Cosmic Law, which reads the "innerness" of anyone to make him/ her deserve punishment / acquittal. The  concept of Cosmic Law is misunderstood as in the following statement of a Malayalam movie and its Tamil Remake. Cosmic Law is not any man's but it has its own course not being controlled by any man and matter. Knowing Society's Laws and Interpreting, using them is also a Cosmic Law and going away from it like the situation hereunder is acting against the Cosmic Law.

(5) Unchangeable Law

In the Law of Awareness, Cosmic Law states that Its only limitation exists in the fact that It cannot break (or stray) from Its own Laws. It maintains Its Unlimited Potential by staying within the parameters of the Cosmic Laws. Cosmic Awareness will never dictate to anyone what It thinks should be done, It will only dictate or suggest what course of action may be taken based on how It sees the energies of the situation at that moment. 

The Law describes principles of reality which expand the awareness of those who study them and take them to heart. They are not intended to dictate to or control entities. They are intended to inform and enlighten entities as to the way things work.

Cosmic Law is a Law defining universal realities that are principles unchangeable in nature. To say that everything changes is a Cosmic Law; to say that change is inevitable is a Cosmic Law, to say that certain things cannot be changed is a Cosmic Law because these are Truths that describe absolute reality. But one can also say, in the Universe there is nothing that truly changes. And if one examines this closely enough, it too may be seen as a Cosmic Law , because the changing universe goes on indefinitely without change, being a changing universe. 

(6) Your Free Agency

So please remember, the relationship you have with this work will be entirely your own. Different people will each learn something different from this work. There will be no condemnation on our part, of those who do not agree with portions of this material, or those who do not take in or take it to heart. Our only hope is that will allow yourself to become more open to learning, to become more open too becoming....

(7)  Wrongly Understood

A wrong example of wrong understanding of Cosmic law by an Advocate in a Malayalam Movie ( Tamil dubbing too) called Sindhamani Murder Case is set which demean what is actually  Cosmic law. In the movie the said  advocate goes against law and murders the criminals who were released by the Court. But this not cosmic law as he calls it.

காஸ்மிக் லா ( Cosmic Law)  / பிரபஞ்ச நியதி / உலகளாவிய சட்டம்

மதம்,இனம்,மொழி,மற்றனைத்தையும் தாண்டிய மனிதம் பற்றின சட்ட நியதிதான் காஸ்மிக் லாமதம்,இனம்,மொழி,மற்றனைத்தையும் தாண்டிய மனிதம் பற்றின சட்ட நியதிதான் காஸ்மிக் லா.

உலகால் அறியப்படாத ரகசியங்கள்;

சில பகுதிகள் எந்த துறையானாலும் அறியப்படாமலும், அறியப்பட்டாலும்உபயோகிக்கப்படமாலும் இருப்பது தான் உண்மை.“மனோவியல் சட்டம்” எனஒரு பிரிவு சட்டத்தில் உணரப்படுவது உண்மை. இதைத்தான் பிரபஞ்ச நியதி  என அழைக்கலாம்.

தத்துவத்தில்:

கலைஞர்களான பேர்டல் பஸ்டி, ஹென்ரி ஜயசேன போன்றோர்களின்பொன்மொழியான, “தகுதியானவர் தகுதியானவற்றுக்கு தகுதியானவர்” என்பதுதத்துவத்தில் ஒரு காஸ்மிக் லா.

இறைவனின் நியதி :

நீதிபதி பைசால் ரசீன் சட்ட கல்லூரியிலும் சட்டவியல் மெய்யியல் என்பவற்றை கற்று 50 ஆண்டுகள் நீதிபதியாக இருந்தவர். இவர் சொல்லுகிறார் “இவ்வாறு நடப்பதற்கான காரணம்,இறைவனின் நியதி என்றேஎண்ணுகின்றேன்.” இவர்இறைவனின் நியதி என குறிப்பிடுவது காஸ்மிக் லாவைத்தான்.

விதி, மதி

அப்படியானால் என்ன நடந்தாலும் நடக்கட்டும் என இருப்பது காஸ்மிக் லாவாஎன்றால் அதுவும் காஸ்மிக் லாதான், இல்லை,“இப்படி நடக்கட்டும்” என அதனைமாற்றிக் காட்டுவதும் காஸ்மிக் லாதான்.

தவறாகப் புரியப்பட்டுள்ள காஸ்மிக் லா:

சிந்தாமணி கொலை வழக்கு என்ற மலையாள படத்தை ரீமேக் செய்து தமிழில் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள். இதில் சட்டத்தை விட ஆன்மீகத்தையும் வேதத்தையும் அதிகம் படித்த வழக்கறிஞராக ஆர்.கே. தவறு செய்யும் குற்றவாளிகளை சட்டத்தில் இருந்து தப்பிக்க செய்து,காஸ்மிக் லா என்பதைப் பயன்படுத்தி தப்பிக்க செய்த குற்றவாளிகளை தானே சென்று கொலை செய்துவிடுகிறார் 

.இது தவறாக புரியப்பட்ட காஸ்மிக் லா என்பதற்கான உதாரணம்.(குறிப்பு; நான்படங்கள் பார்பதில்லை என்பதினால் இந்த ஆய்வின் போது நான் படித்தரெவியூவை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டுதான் இதனை குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளேன்.விவரம் தெரிந்தவர்கள் கருத்து தெரிவிக்கலாம்)

எல்லாவற்றிலும் காஸ்மிக் லாவின் பங்கு:

நாம் இந்த உலகில் பிறப்பதும், வாழ்வதும், இறப்பதும், உலக நாடுகள் சட்டங்கள்ஏற்றுவதும், அதனால் மனிதர்கள் தண்டிக்கப்படுவதும்,விடுதலையாக்கப்படுவதும் என எல்லாவற்றிலும் இந்த காஸ்மிக் லா முக்கியபங்கு வகிக்கிறது. நாடுகளின் சட்டங்கள் தான் முக்கியமென்றால் இந்திய கிரிமினல் சட்டதில் சொல்லப்படும் மென்ஸ் ரியா (mens rea), சிவில் சட்ட்த்திலுள்ளCPC செக்க்ஷன் 151 போன்றவைகள் எல்லாமே தேவையின்றி போகும். சட்டதில்காணப்படும் நேரடியான காஸ்மிக் லா பிரிவுகள்தான் இவைகள்.

நம்மால் விளங்கமுடியாத சட்டப்பகுதிகள்:

நாட்டின் சட்டம் தான் என்றாலும் சிலபகுதிகள் நமக்கு புரிவதில்லை.இதனால்தான் நல்லவன் அல்லது நிரபராதி தண்டிக்கப்படுவதாகவும்,கெட்டவன் அல்லது குற்றவாளி விடுதலை அடைவதாகவும் நமக்குத்தோன்றுகிறது. ஏதோ நீதிமன்றம் தவறிழைத்துவிட்டதாக நாம் நினைக்கிறோம்.இது தவறு. கடவுளை நம்புவார் கூட நல்லவன் தண்டிக்கப்படுகிறான் எனநினைப்பதிலிருந்து கடவுளையும் நாம் தவறிழைப்பவறாகத்தான்நினைக்கிறோம். ஆக, பிரபஞ்ச நியதி என்ற சட்டப்பகுதிதெரியவில்லையானால் எல்லாமே சூனியமாகத்தான் தோன்றும்.

நமக்கு சில காரியங்கள் ஏன் என்று புரியவதில்லை. இதில்குற்றமொன்றும்மில்லை ஏனென்றால் அறிவியலுக்குக் கூட மனிதன் ஏன்இறக்கிறான், வயதாகி ஏன் கஷ்டப்படுகிறான்  என்பது புரியவில்லை. எந்த பகுத்தறிவும் இதனை புரிந்து கொள்ளவில்லை  புரிந்துகொள்ளவும் முடியாது.இதுதான் காஸ்மிக் லாவின் செயல். ஆனால் இப்படி ஒரு லா செயல்படுகிறதுஎன்பது நமக்குத்தெரியவேண்டும். அப்படியானால்தான் இதற்கான கட்டுப்பாடுயாரிடம் இருக்கிறது என்பதை நாம் அறிய முற்படுவோம். அதின் மூலம் நாமும்பயனும் பெறமுடியும்.

நோயென்பதும் ஒரு சிறை வாழ்வு போன்றதுதான்:

இறப்பு என்பது தவிர்க்கமுடியாது: ஆனால் நோய் என்பதும்தவிர்க்கமுடியாததுதானா என்பது கேள்வி. அப்படியானால் எல்லாருக்கும் இதுசமமாகத்தானே இருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால் எல்லாரும்நோய்வாய்படுவதில்லையே.!!! இயற்கை என்பது ஒருதலை பட்ஷமாகவாசெயல்படும் ? இதற்கான பதிலும் காஸ்மிக் லாவை தெரிந்து கொள்வதில் தான்அடங்கியுள்ளது.

கிரகிக்கும் திறமை vs. நிர்ணைக்கும் திறமை (IQ vs. EQ):

இந்த இரண்டில் கிரகிக்கும் திறமை, “புரிதல்” (abstract quality) என்ற “புலன்”(human organ related)சார்ந்தது,“நிர்ணைக்கும்திறமை”(abstract quality) “செயல்படல்”    என்றநிலை (inexplicable abstract condition related to emotions) சார்ந்தது. இதையும் காஸ்மிக் லாசார்ந்தது எனலாம்.

ஒரு மனிதனுடைய “நோக்கம்” (attitude)  எதுவோ அதைக் கொண்டுதான்அவனுடைய  தெரிந்தெடுக்கும் தன்மை (aptitude) செயல்படும், மேலும்,அவனுடைய “நோக்கம்” சார்ந்துதான் நம்பிக்கை தொடர்புடைய அத்துணைகாரியங்களும் அந்த மனிதனில் வெளிப்படும், இதைத்தொர்ந்துதான் அவன்வாழ்க்கைக் குறித்த “முழு தகுதிநிலை”(confirmation) அவனுக்கு உருவாகும்.  

                        ஆக, ஒரு மனிதனுடைய நோக்கம் சார்ந்துதான் அவனின் தெரிந்தெடுக்கும்தன்மை, நம்பிக்கை. அதன்மூலம் அவனுடைய முழு வாழ்க்கையும்நிர்ணயிக்கப்படுகிறது. இதைத்தான், வாழ்க்கை என்பதே நம்முடைய“நோக்கம்” அல்லது “கண்ணோட்டம்” அல்லது ஆங்கிலத்தில் attitude சார்ந்ததுஎனலாம். இந்த நோக்கம் செயல்படும் விதம்தான் காஸ்மிக் லா.
